Efficient, networked color management workflows with GMG FlowConnect
Increasing automation in the graphic arts industry is leading to growing demand for a networked, centrally controllable color management solution. It should be possible to check every step of the process at any time. GMG FlowConnect offers the possibility of applying and controlling the GMG color management products GMG ColorServer and GMG InkOptimizer company-wide in the workflow used, and thus in the existing production environment. This permits centralized use of the high quality of the GMG color management solutions.
The first implementation was realized using Enfocus Switch. FlowConnect technology will be the basis for future workflow solutions from GMG, ensuring increased productivity and greater production reliability.

What can you expect at this year's IPEX?
GMG invites you to IPEX.
At IPEX 2010 – to be held in Birmingham, UK, from May 18 to 25 – you'll find GMG on Booth 9-E322 in Hall 9, where we'll be exhibiting color management technology for
- digital printing,
- large-format printing (LFP),
- the packaging industry, and
- offset printing.
In particular, GMG will be presenting the comprehensive range of functions of the new GMG SmartProfiler software application. You can use it to create your own color profiles and printer calibrations for digital and large-format printing systems that enable maximum color accuracy, repeatability, and consistent color results on virtually any printing system.
Apart from having its own booth, GMG will also be represented on the booths of numerous partners, such as HP, Epson, Canon, Roland and Mimaki.
