Epson and GMG have agreed to strengthen their business and technological partnership
The long existing partnership between Epson and GMG will be strengthened based on a closer technological collaboration and integration of Epson inkjet printers into GMG’s proofing software. A first result was shown at Labelexpo in Brussels, Belgium with the launch of the Epson WT 7900 – Epson’s first inkjet proofer using water-based white inks – in combination with the GMG ColorProof o5 software using the premium printer driver technology of GMG. The Epson/GMG solution sets a new quality standard for packaging proofing applications.
Epson and GMG have agreed to even further strengthen their joint development programs for future product releases. In addition, Epson and GMG will develop customer education programs and collaborate more closely at local levels through their respective sales channels in selected markets.
